CBSE Board has issued a new notice regarding the “CBSE Expression Series for Academic Session 2024-25” which all school students should know. CBSE Board conducts the CBSE Expression Series twice every year. The schedule of the 1st edition has been released for the academic year 2024-25. All interested students can register for the CBSE Expression Series 2024-25 First Edition.

1st CBSE Expression Series 2024-25

The 1st Edition of the Expression Series for the academic session 2024-25 will be organized by the CBSE Education Board on the theme NEP (New Education Policy) 2020 – A Vision for a Developed India. The topics of each category for Expression Series 2024-25 are given as follows.

All class 3 to 12 students can participate in Expression Series 2024-25. CBSE Expression Series 2024-25 1st Edition will be conducted by CBSE schools and the schools have to upload the entries of all those students on the CBSE Expression Series app.

Conduct of 1st Expression Series for Academic Session 2024-25

(A) Conduct of 1st Expression Series at the School Level: All important Instruction about the conduct of expression series at the school level is given below:

Schools will organize a school-level expression series for classes 3 to 12 students during school hours on the above topics from 07 May 2024 to 30 June 2024. Information regarding the conduct of the expression series for the academic session 2024-25 should be given to all students.

For participation in Expression Series for Academic Year 2024-25 activities, i.e. Essays/Paragraphs/ Paintings/Poems, etc., please use the format given in Annexure I.

Paragraphs / Essays can be written by Students for Expression Series in Hindi or English.

Schools affiliated with the CBSE Education Board will complete an evaluation of the entries of the Expression Series and shortlist one entry per class category (total of 04 entries from one school) for further submission to CBSE.

Entries of Students must be accompanied by a certificate from the Head/Teacher-in-charge of the Institution that the entry of Expression Series is the original work of the participant.

(B) Submission of the Shortlisted Entry by Schools to CBSE

All important instructions for entry submission have been given by the Board. All school heads should follow the instructions given regarding uploading.

• Schools affiliated with CBSE are advised to submit/upload entries from 01 July 2024 to 10 July 2024 using an Android phone through the CBSE Expression Series App available at the Google Play store. For guidelines on the process of submission of Entry of CBSE Expression Series, please see Annexure-II.
• Each participant of the Expression Series will receive an online certificate of participation at the registered e-mail ID after the successful submission of entry on the CBSE Expression Series App.
• The 10 best entries in each category of Expression Series 2024-25 will be selected by each CBSE region for selection of winners at the national level.
• The three best entries of this Expression Series will be selected at the national level. All these best entries of this Expression Series Program will be compiled in the form of a booklet for display on the CBSE website.
• The 10 best entries at the regional level (160 entries from 16 ROs) and 03 best entries at the National level of this Expression Challenge will be given online certificates of merit by the Board. Certificate of this CBSE Expression 1st Edition Series will be downloaded from the CBSE Expression Series App.

The decision of the Evaluation Committee for this Expression Series will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
