Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav – Activities for Awareness in Students of classes 1 to 12 regarding India’s Freedom Struggle
Our country is celebrating the 75th anniversary of India’s independence. To celebrate this, a series of events have been planned by the Government of India under the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi. As part of the year-long celebrations, the following activities can be held in schools to make students aware of the freedom struggle:
Awareness about India’s freedom struggle for class 1 to 5 students

January 2022 | Discussion of students with parents or teachers or principals regarding freedom fighters |
February 2021 | Roleplay of freedom fighters |
Activity in the classroom or school assembly under the theme “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” for classes 6 to 12

August 2022 | Speech Contest on Historical Events/Events/Places During India’s freedom struggle movement |
The Headmasters of all the schools are requested to organize the above activities in the schools as per the above calendar. Schools are free to organize online/offline events to ensure the full participation of students, teachers, and parents in all activities. While organizing events, please ensure that all government guidelines regarding proper COVID-19 Pandemic behavior are followed.
